Fantastic training! It was interesting and engaging with the perfect balance of enthusiasm and sensitivity. I definitely felt it was a safe space and really enjoyed exploring the topics covered. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone as you never know when you will need the training and it is a big confidence builder.

I eel more confident about potentially having to deal with difficult discussions around suicidal feelings, ensuring the person's safety and knowing how to steer someone towards the right help
