Excellent course, excellent trainer. I came into this training not believing I'd learn anything new - but took away several pointers and facts that I can use to help promote this to my friends and family. Overall, very informative course on a subject which I am not very confident in dealing with. It has increased my confidence in dealing with a suicidal patient and how best to communicate with them and create an immediate plan.
