Really good course and a lot of facts and figures

All I was hoping for and more, practical guide and clear about the need to make safe and pass on

I think I would never be 5/5 confident to speak to someone experiencing thoughts of suicide. Tony has really helped me feeling more able to take this on and to have some sort of appropriate approach. Also the point of asking directly has been an eye opener and now seems so obvious. Absolutely great course I’d recommend it to anyone.

Great to actually talk about this subject and understand the language we can use to support people.

Maybe a specific module for those working on the road would be helpful, using the JRCALC guidelines especially the mental health assessment tool which looks at lots of non verbal elements.
