The course was paced perfectly and the content explained clearly. Sean is a brilliant trainer and although the content could be viewed as sensitive, he added light humour when appropriate. Breaks were well timed.

I think every person in the world would benefit from this, whether from taking the training themselves or receiving help from the knowledge someone may have gained.
