Worth while course that was enjoyable and full of useful infornation
Overall it was absolutely good course
I didn't expect to come away from a half-day training session with new skills or a much better understanding of the subject matter, but I left this training session significantly better-informed, and also in possession of a different skill set. I had occasion to use the script we were taught to discuss suicidal thoughts with someone that same day, and felt incredibly grateful to have been given the words and the confidence to do so.
