I think Mike did a great job. I feel like OCC should have commissioned the full day course for the level of staff that are on the course.
I really liked Pam and found her to be a great communicator, warm and inclusive. Thank you for the energy and support that you gave.
A great course and it was led in a way which was safe and welcoming which made the content easy to follow. The pace was good, the materials made you think and also question your perception/stigmas around suicide.
I enjoyed the course. Really interactive, helped me to learn better and increase confidence
