Laura was very knowledgeable, caring and supportive. She made me feel.at ease with the course as it wasn't something I was looking forward too.

I can't say I enjoyed the course but I did find it very useful. It is quite a lot to take in over the day and I did feel somewhat exhausted at the end but glad I had taken part.
