Informative training. I would feel more comfortable being able to have those uncomfortable conversations when people raise suicide and wanting to take their own life. It’s never an easy subject to discuss but this course has shown how reaching out and taking the time can make a difference to people in need.

The course helped me to develope my strategy and build on my strengths, when speaking about suicide.
