Was an amazing day and I really enjoyed myself.

The reason for the last question receiving 2 stars is because having carried out the MHFA I think that there is quite a bit of duplication so not sure if both would be required. However the MH Awareness would gain a lot from the Suicide Prevention course.

Gave me a greater understanding of suicidal thoughts and how they evolve, and the confidence to ask the difficult questions in trying to help someone
