Was really good

Stephen is a credit to SJA a passionate advocate of mental health and it shows

The role play part was brilliant to give us a chance to give a go in a simulated environment

Some IT issues but this was sorted and could watch video effectively

Really informative, and I like the idea of actioning our own future safety plans

Really enjoyed the course. Was a nice small group so we’re able to speak when I wanted to without issues.

Excellent Delivery and highly expository/informative training

Suicide has been such a taboo subject, but with courses like this and trainers being so open and honest it is making people talk.

This has been great. I only wish it was more available to others. I feel so much better equipped to help others and have managed to put into practice some of the tools given. I haven't spoken to anyone who isn't expressing how much they have got out of the course so far. I am looking forward to the remainder of the sessions.
