It was informative, and will be helpful, but it ultimately felt quite drawn out for what I gained. I would have rathered a shorter course, or a course with less preceding filler and more practice / emphasis on how we can implement what we've learnt. The aggressive copyright notices also felt a bit unnecessary, especially when the booklet provided doesn't have a great deal of content until you fill it out yourself.

Good course in general, but difficult to relate to practice because we are told to stick to a script and not deviate.

A really good practical course.

The biggest issue for me is that we need to know how this training will be used in our practical day to day working life. how much does the organisation expect us to do when speaking to tenants. we are under pressure to take referrals and get benefit gains etc

personally found this day very hard to deal with was too heavy and long

really wanted to go through work book and complete to end

very informative, gave us lots of opportunities to not take part if we felt uncomfortable and constantly checked we was okay.
