Thanks to this type of training, many lives have been saved by the simple fact of being able to gain empathy with someone who perhaps only needed someone to express their emotions with. Depression is highly dangerous and can even be present in one of the closest people without us knowing it. Let's pay attention to small changes, symptoms and expressions.
