Great training. The stats and booklet really helped to put it into practice. I feel much more confident in responding to those experiencing suicidal thoughts and also in responding to those at crisis point.

I think it was a great course and felt the number of participants was just right - and all very supportive of one another. Also really impressed with the support going forward, which I perhaps was not expecting.

An excellent day which I would consider should be mandatory for all 111 Call Handlers and Clinicians who speak to patients on the phone. I will discuss this with my LM. In the meantime, I have strategies from the course I can share with Call Handlers in training and in 121 coaching sessions, not the same as them receiving the whole course though. Thank you Lydia, the whole day in conjunction with the training materials has been very useful and informative and will improve my practice as a trainer and Call Handler.
