Great course, although I have had training in this area before it boosted my confidence and gave really good knowledge and strategies that were new to me, course tutor was fantastic and really engaging

Ben is a brilliant course deliverer, always feel more confident and clear around what he delivers. Any questions are answered clearly but also with lots of extra details/info but not too much to overwhelm. His approach to mental health is compassionate, non-judgemental and he is able to share in a very easy way to understand.
