the class today was well structured and understandable

An unexpectedly upbeat and encouraging course, despite the heaviness of the subject. Katie is an excellent tutor who managed to answer some tricky questions with warmth and sensitivity.

The Suicide First Aid Course was important. I Learnt a lot. The video shown as part of the course was very useful.

Very good. Easier to follow than ASIST, which I feel tends to overcomplicate suicide first aid. This training is clearer and more concise.

Cath’s personality shone through and she made this interesting and inclusive. I felt comfortable contributing and she always responded positively. Well done Cath, I would recommend this to everyone!
