Thank you for making a topic i was dreading so manageable and relatable. Because you were real i feel i will be if i meet- and hopefully help- a suicidal person.

I really enjoyed the training day. I wasn't sure what to expect but there was a great mix of learning, practicing and discussion. I was worried about having to roleplay but Shian kept us in small groups to give us chance to practice challenging conversations under less pressure. We covered a lot of information, but Shian taught at just the right pace. I learned a lot, thank you Shian! :)

Excellent course, all schools should include mental health and wellbeing in the syllabus
