very pleased to have had the chance to join this session, although a bit apprehensive beforehand about the topic, we used the training booklet and had useful conversations and videos as part of the session. It was well worth attending and should be more widely attended.

This subject and the training around, comprised of a such valuable information that every person could benefit from at some stage in their life. I hope that many other people are exposed to this kind of learning, as it could be just that one time in a person's life where there is an opportunity to help someone, so knowing how to provide the best support is crucial. A very valuable course.
