I felt overwhelmed, confident, have the right skills, knowledge and confidence to talk to someone who are suicidal.

Thank you for today’s session. It was very helpful for us student nurses. Even as human beings, I believe it is essential to recognise suicidal thoughts and learn how to communicate with individuals experiencing them. It’s important to help create a plan and guide people to the resources they need for support.
