Well worth doing

I think this course provides people the knowledge of what is safe or harmful, identifying situations and the confidence to approach people who may be in this circumstances. Plus the etiquette on how best to react if you were to meet with the people again, outside the initial introduction

This course should be split. One for the joe public and one for health care professionals.

A really insightful course which made a taboo subject more normal to speak about. I’ve learned a lot!

Excellent session

A brilliant course that I can now forward to my delivery of suicide on the MHFA course. Also it has validated that my past experiences of talking to people that I have been saying the right things. It has increased my confidence in these conversations.
