Good course for general public, something more specific as to how to deal with public in act of trying to suicide may be good. Becky was great at delivering the course content as it was.

I'm keen to find out more about how to manage suicide thoughts/behaviour/crisis from residents calling in. My team take these calls and so I'm keen to find out more about how best to give supervision/support to my team. I've arranged a meeting with Laura today to look at what training would work best.
