I have been disappointed with this training. I understand I have a large knowledge and lived experience in this area and I feel this course did not deliver the outcome or knowledge I was hopping.

The course has been truly amazing and knowledgeable of how to approach the hardest question.

Really so good - one of the best and most useful training sessions I’ve attended in a long time. I will be going on to do the accreditation.

It was facilitated with warmth, clarity and professionalism. It felt a very safe space. I enjoyed the content, especially workshopping the conversations - and looking at ways to facilitate a conversation felt very valuable. I feel more equipped now to have a conversation, and to focus on active listening.

It would be helpful to get slides of some of the things and techniques discussed. However, I have yet to review the workbook to see if there is more information of that content in it.
