As I have previously covered Suicide Awareness previously, it was good to get a refresher and found it a bit more in depth.

I certainly feel more confident in engaging in dialogue with someone feeling depressed/discussing end of life options.

An excellent course building on previous MHFA training and refresher.

I am very glad I have attended this course. It is emotionally challenging but very worthwhile.
