Very informative and thought provoking course.

Really glad I did the course - it was well paced and comprehensive and left me feeling more confident in my ability to practice suicide first aid. I appreciated the opportunity to practice saying some of the key words out loud - it definitely makes a difference. I found the balance between learning and any kind of role-play just right.

Excellent trainer very knowledgeable, delivered the session extremely well

some parts were slow - you said to not focus on why they might want to kill themselves, but i felt like we talked about that for a long time

This was an excellent input and i strongly believe that this should be a mandatory training day for ALL officers of ALL Ranks.

Based on the teaching and the course level and the way it was presented, I thoroughly enjoyed the day and am looking forward to applying for my Level 4 hopefully through Jamie! A BIG WELL DONE
