A great way to present a sensitive topic

Really enjoyed this course and I know it will be another very valuable item I now have to use.

Loved having the materials to write on as the course went along

The tutor had a clear and longstanding understanding of the issues faced by church members and clergy.

This course has taught me a valuable life skill. I haven't prepared mentally before for what I might say or do if someone said they were feeling suicidal and this has really made me think deeply about what the best response would be. Before the course, I was just thinking that being kind, listening and most likely trying to suggest solutions that might help would be the way forward. I can now see how it is important to be comfortable with talking about suicide rather than shy away from it.

Great course and feels very necessary

The training was insightful and taught well.

Overall I learned about further about suicide as someone who has/struggles with it on and off. I also learned how to be better prepared if I am in a real life scenario like that to help someone. But yeah Elin did a great job as a tutor!
