Thank you for providing this course. I feel more equipped to help people who I meet both through my front-facing work and also in my personal life, colleagues etc. The analogy to a person providing physical first aid has helped me to feel much more confident, and I now understand that I am not there to solve problems, but to help the person to get safe.
