This course really changed my perspective of situations people find themselves in, which would lead to suicidal thoughts. It's helped me understand that it's not necessarily about individual resilience and I recognise that I can be judgemental and dismissive. The course has completely changed my perspective.

Overall, I found the course to be very well delivered, clear, and engaging. The content was highly relevant to my role and has given me greater confidence in supporting young people with trauma who may be at risk of suicide.
