Difficult subject matter so can’t say I enjoyed the course but glad I did it

It was a useful, helpful course and a reminder to approach the subject with people in the work place or wider community.

I really liked how they got one of us to observe role play and feedback, I thought that worked well.

I think Lisa was fab, I came out of their with more knowledge on suicide and would definitely be confident enough to ask someone were the having suicidal thoughts.
