A great course on a difficult subject. It’s given me lots of confidence moving forward

good pace, I felt everything was cover, feel more confident, very clear messages, short and to the point.

This course has given me strongly knowledge on how to deal/communicate with a person having suicidal thoughts. I will be better prepared for a conversation and how to engage properly.

A difficult and emotive subject handled in a way that show cased how we can all help and provided the tools to be able to have an open conversation

Sofia is clearly very experienced in this field and I learnt a lot from her on this subject but also made me reflect on my own approach to things and has helped me to think about my own close family and relationships not just my approach in a workplace. I think this will help massively in the future so I am really pleased I did this course and will be recommending it!
