Very informative and useful. Sofia was excellent

Good course, but nothing the MHFA qualification did not cover.

This was a fantastic course which should be made mandatory in high suicide environments, such as my industry, the railway. The only improvement I can think of is finding new avenues of promotion of the course to spread awareness further.

I really enjoyed this course, despite the subject matter. I am already well informed but I felt better informed again and refreshed my memory. The stats were interesting and eye-opening especially around the proportion of suicides men/women and the ages. I also found the safety plan notes very helpful

I was very pleased that I got to do this course, and learn so much. In my job role this is something i have experienced but will now be able to face this with more confidence in the future.
