I really enjoyed this course despite the heavy going topic and Shian really encouraged everyone in the group to participate without it feeling like forced activity.
A hugely impactful course, which was emotionally draining at times, but gave me the tools and confidence to undertake a suicide intervention
Not an easy subject to discuss and very emotive and at times distressing but I do feel that I could now recognise the signs and potentially help someone who may be having suicidal thoughts.
Really enjoyed the course, Donna was brilliant, I would like more training and it would be good if this was more accessible to other people maybe unemployed people
Really enjoyed the course. Good level of intensity, not overwhelming when discussing such an emotional situation. Given me confidence to know what helps and what impacts it can have.
