I feel a lot more knowledgeable after this course, although certain parts were hard for me with lived past experience I'm grateful I was able to participate on it.

A difficult but necessary subject made palatable and interesting and left me feeling more confident in my own abilities going forward. The tutor was knowledgeable and delivered the information with the ease of experience.

It was a really interesting training session that highlighted how suicidal first aid should be delivered. Katie was able to work with our fairly large group equally and by the end of the session I felt that I knew all of the other people involved. Katie is an excellent and engaging trainer.

An excellent course on an important subject - putting these skills out into the community will make a significant improvement to the quality of collective mental health care in our society
