Good informative course

Shian delivered the Lesson very well and was very mindful throughout Checking that we were all Ok and Understood the Subject. She had lots of Knowledge about the Subject and made it all Easy to Understand. Shian was very welcoming

Excellent training, that actually gave me what I needed - knowledge, tools, examples of how to have conversations about suicide with people, including what (not) to say. Lots of important resources and links for signposting too. Great to have a digital workbook that I could make notes in too.
