A course that was informative as well as sensitive in its materials but especially by its delivery. It is apparent that the tutor has experience of working with people who have had their own battles with suicidal idealisations.

Such a good course and has given me confidence and tools to know how to have a meaningful & helpful conversation with someone thinking about suicide.

Thanks Colleen, please keep doing these courses. Potentially targeting those who are less open or at ease with these conversations. I noted it was 100% female today...

Kate is such a good tutor and excellent at talking to the group and individuals allowing everyone a voice while making everyone feel at ease. She has great empathy and listening skills and makes a very difficult subject/course enjoyable. It shows that Kate is a genuine nice person and caring professional with excellent knowledge.

I think this course has provided the information I need and the knowledge of how to have a possibly life saving conversation.

A good introduction to Suicide First Aid but I expected a more in-depth session for a full day of training
