Excellent course that I feel everyone would benefit from.

A very good course which was very informative and explores a ‘taboo’ topic in a relaxed way without detracting from the severity of the topic.

I'm glad I took the time to do this. It gave me confidence to step up and get involved rather than leave it to someone else. Although I hope not to have to use.
