In overall it's a brilliant training that everyone should do. I am feeling more confident to start a conversation with someone with suicidal thoughts, and the biggest takeaways is "don't be afraid to ask "are you thinking of suicide?"

Really encouraging supportive tutor and group. Made the experience of talking in front of others much more comfortable

Excellent training but 3 full days on Zoom is hard

This course was really insightful and has been a great learning experience u have taken a lot from this training and will definitely adapt how I approach conversations in the future. I will also share my learning to make sure those around me have more info and confidence when faced with suicide
