Excellent course really beneficial

Excellent - highly recommended

Overall, it was a great course. Well delivered - Holly made sure we were all safe, content and if anyone needed anything. There was some good information provided and good ways of asking the question to people if they are feeling suicidal.

I really enjoyed this course. I felt safe, empowered to engage and confident in providing a standard level of SFA should I ever need to. I fully intend to enroll into the accredited RSPH course at a later date when my schedule allows.

The contents of the course are relevant to the issues experienced by individuals who suffering from mental health. The knowledge gained from the session helps those who attended the course to identify at early stage those people suffering from mental health and trying to commit suicide.

Great course, tutor was very competent and helpful

would also like a similar course on mental health support at the workplace maybe if in the future there is a course about that.
