This was a very valuable and insightful training session. It provided practical guidance on recognising signs of suicidal thoughts, having supportive conversations, and understanding the importance of active listening. The course also highlighted the importance of self-care for professionals supporting vulnerable individuals. I found the training highly relevant to my role and would recommend it to others working in support or care settings.

I didn’t obtain the course material but l think it was straight forward and easy to understand

The last section we had to go through was about redundancies and as we had recently gone through this, I felt this could have been changed to something else, as it felt a bit insensitive.
