Bernie is an experienced and very personable trainer. The training was comprehensive. Couldn't imagine before hand that there was so much to cover, but we did.

The course was great, varied activities throughout the day. Clear structure and felt very held (especially with the heat).

Thought provoking Informative Interactive

Sean was superb as usual: thought provoking, funny, great pace, humorous and interesting.

This gentleman has always goes above and beyond! He speaks in laymans language and really connects with us and i could see his passion is very high to help others and his interaction make it very important to understand. He should do more if the courses i hope someone can donate so more people can do the important courses he does!

Laura was fantastic she delivered the training and was amazing. After completing the course I feel much more confident to be able to support someone having suicidal thoughts. I have anxiety and found it very reassuring that we wasn’t put on the spot to talk and asked questions personally randomly so thank you wish more courses did this too. I enjoyed the breakout rooms as they were small. Will recommend to the rest of our team to complete. Thanks Laura x
