I enjoyed the course and I feel I have learnt a lot from it . It has provided me with knowledge that I can use to support people affected by suicidal thoughts or plans, as well as my own self care. I would recommend the training to anyone .

This really hit home to me. But it has given the tools to help others when they are in a time of need.
