They consistently praise knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who explain clearly, invite discussion and create supportive, non-judgemental spaces. Courses combine practical frameworks, realistic conversations, workbooks, videos and useful resources, with a well-judged pace and breaks. I found myself focussed and engaged throughout the entire day . Rose was immediately easy to talk to, sensitive and flexible with the group, allowing people to ask questions, recap if needed and gently and respectfully moved the conversation on if content was not appropriate.

Really excellent training I can use in my work. We were given a balance of resources both ‘human kindness’ but also practical resources eg. 3 steps and 6 step safety plan. I’d strongly recommend this to both our staff and volunteer team but also general wider public as these skills are essential in saving lives and normalising conversations about suicide and thoughts on suicide. Keep up the great work - Rose is also a great trainer I’d recommend!
