It was a great session but I believe that something as important as Suicide need more time for engaging and contemplation. It would be easier if the session is longer with more breaks included.

The training was very informative and interactive. It has given me a much better understanding of suicide, how to spot the signs and how to have the conversation around suicide which I have found difficult in the past. Thanks Zac.
Was sceptical as this was a virtual course due to current COVID-19 situation. However, absolutely loved the course. Informative without being overloaded. Not bombarded to answer questions when didn't feel confident to. Could follow the script very easily. Tutor was easy to understand & took his time without rushing, but covered all the course in the time allocated.
This training has been invaluable. I often come into contact people who have suicidal thoughts, this has helped me identify the ways i can provide the right support, the language to use, the conversation i could have.
One of the best training I've received concerning a difficult subject. Participants were able to engage as well as possible during an interactive session. Everything was orderly and everyone respected one another and I think this was due to the Tutor's ability to conduct the session and included everyone. He also ensured that he obtained everyone's opinion
really enjoyable session considering the subject matter i feel really positive now that i will be much more effective in these situations in the future
I hope that these type of courses can be shared to younger people as I know that many are suffering in silence.
