tutor made sure everyone understood before moving on and answered any questions in real time. Overall, i feel more confident to recognise thoughts of suicide and to speak with that person. I liked it was interactive using visual (slides), video (examples), and audio (tutor explaining material)

This training will be of great value as I have just started my role as a trainee probation officer and feel this will equip me with the necessary skills to be able to help those in crisis.
