I think this is a great introductory course and the only thing I felt was lacking was a session to practice our new skills. I am assuming this would be available in the longer course.
I think this course should become the new standard for how the Air Force prepares their members on how to approach suicide awareness. I will highly recommend this course to anyone but especially to frontline supervisors.
The course was very good and I found the 3 steps very helpful. I also liked the idea of suggesting people use a pause button when having suicidal thoughts.
Enjoyed the content. I would have preferred face to face but covid stopped that!!
This has been a supportive, enjoyable and valuable learning journey. I am so excited about being part if this new team. Thank you.
