The only thing with it being the half-day course is that it felt a little rushed due to the content that needed to be fit in.
I think everybody who works with the general public should have access to this sort of training. There have been points raised in this session that will stay with me forever and will give me confidence if I should ever come across a person in need.
Thanks so much really great to refresh and think about some things I hadn’t before or in a while. I found it therapeutic going through the process.

Brilliant, great day course - intense but delivered with care and knowledge, thoroughly enjoyed the day.
There was a lot of information to put across & it was done in a very well thought out & easy to follow way.
It was a shame that the fixed PC's we had in work didn't really cope the TECH of the course. The Lancashire County Council staff PC's blocked the video which meant for quite a few people we couldn't really join in but the tutor coped well and got us thinking and contributing in a different way so we didn't feel too left out.
WELL PUT TOGETHER COURSE VERY INFORMATIVE AND TAUGHTAT A REAL AND PRACTICAL LEVEL GOOD HAVING NUMBER 2 COURSE TRAINER FOR BACK UP AND IT SAVES THE TRIANOR BEING DISTRACTED
