I found the course incredibly informative and feel more confident in my approach now.

Enjoyed the training and feel an important update and refresher in providing support and noticing the signs if a person is struggling. Always trusting that gut feeling and asking the questions.

Excellent trainer in Susie Mapledoram. Strong in her knowledge and can relate to all different types of learning styles. Is always positive about questions asked and in her response to questions asked.

The course has helped me gain more confidence around talking about suicide.

We should have easier access to suicide and mental health services, this could be an app on the companion device or a hand out leaflet.
