An excellent course, well paced and excellently delivered.
I would highly recommend this training to everyone, whether it's for professional or personal learning. It is a really meaningful, engaging course and teaches you how relatively simple actions can save lives. It is easy to understand and uses a fantastic range of techniques to keep you involved and learning all the time.

It is difficult on Zoom to make notes whilst fully engaging and whilst the PDF was editable, I would have found value in a printed copy to make notes on. I now realise I should have had someone back at my office print and send it to me if possible.
A very helpful, informative course which I feel helped reinforce some of my own knowledge but more importantly gave me insight in how to broach this important subject
Amazing training. I will be recommending to all my colleagues that they do it too. I did feel the second half, after the break, was a little rushed, but other than that - brilliant training.
