I wasn't confident about talking about suicide and this has given me more confidence in doing so
Detailed and clear course, excellently facilitated. I appreciated the workbook, which contained really helpful information, reminders, and scripts to use in conversation. I feel much more prepared, confident and calm about the prospect of talking to someone about suicide now.
