Really well delivered course. Great hand outs and the instructor was really good
a fantastically delivered workshops with just the right amount of content for the time allocated
Sadly I had IT issues in getting course material and then connection difficulties in getting on which I believe are all Key related and then freezing on occasions, however this did not take away from the positive impact of the course material and how this was delivered.
I feel much more confident approaching a scenario like this in future.
