Making a difficult subject feel safe, approachable and manageable is the provider’s distinctive strength, according to attendees. They consistently praise knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who explain clearly, invite discussion and create supportive, non-judgemental spaces. Courses combine practical frameworks, realistic conversations, workbooks, videos and useful resources, with a well-judged pace and breaks. Response: Dear Lisa, I am sorry to hear that the phone signal did not work at the venue. The room was booked by Buckinghamshire County Council as this was free training commissioned by them. I will feedback to the commissioners regarding your feedback and the need to display the Wifi Code clearly around the room. Very best wishes, Fiona

I have really enjoyed today, raised some issues of my own. Feel confident that I have dealt well with past encounters with suicidal people.

Response: Dear Heather, I am please to hear you enjoyed the training we provided. The subject is a sensitive one and can raise issues for people attending. I am pleased to hear that you have confidence in your past encounters. It is important that you also maintain your own self care and get the support needed when you feel it would be helpful. Remember also that Samaritans is for everyone not just those thinking about suicide, so if you find talking could be helpful their number is 116 123 (UK). Very best wishes, Fiona

A really good way of delivering a course, a good tutor and student interaction, with a degree of paired interaction.
