Really enjoyed the course and heavily recommend it
I really liked this course. The content was good, but the materials and slides could do with a few more interactive areas for visual learners like myself.
Trainer was lovley. It is a shame we couldn't give our own examples of situations but take the names out . Would like another video and maybe show recourses on the PowerPoint. Eg look at the mind website. Go more in detail with it
I feel this has been helpful and will use this information in my role.
