I would have liked to have time to fill in my notes to the workbook. Perhaps there was an instruction on that that I had missed. Or it would be good to know that we were going to get the workbook with all the answers in after the course.

I learned quite a bit and now feel I could speak to someone who was thinking about suicide.

Would like more time spent on the safety plan and how to deal with resistance from people when trying to find solutions to each part.
