Very good course, delivered by an experienced trainer

Really great course. Donna was a great trainer and would highly recommend this course and her as a trainer.

This was a really valuable training exercise. I have learned some new strategies and most importantly have increased my confidence. I have also been reassured that I handled a situation (not a suicide risk but a delicate mental health scenario) in an appropriate way.

I came on this course as a bit of a top up to help continue to gain confidence when talking about this subject with clients. I feel like I have left today with more knowledge and definitely more confidence. I really appreciate the time Donna took to deliver this today!
